  • Day of Welcome

    Fri 12 Jun 2026

On Friday 12th June, CC celebrated 'A Day of Welcome'.

    What is this day about?

It is an annual day of support and learning, in schools, that aims to build a culture of welcome and understanding of people who need to seek sanctuary in our country.

We decided to dress in clothes that show where we belong and we collected money to support St Chad's Sanctuary.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for all your £1s.

    We raised £128, so far.

    What a wonderful day!
