CC Singing Superstars
Mon 02 Jun 2025Today, on the 2nd June 2025, a group of our CC choristers, recorded a song which will be used by schools in assemblies, across the UK. We are super proud and excited :-)
The choir was amazing and they were joined by Ms Adams and Mrs Brewster, who added in the harmonies.
Thank you to the Feast and Kelly from Praise-a-long for this opportunity.
As soon as it is released, I will share it with everyone.

CC Family Heritage Project
Thu 15 May 2025As part of our ongoing effort to help pupils connect more deeply with their personal histories and cultural backgrounds, we are launching a special project focused on family journeys across generations.
We kindly ask that you take some time this week/weekend to speak with your child about your family’s story—whether it involves migration, moving between cities or countries, or simply changes over time that have shaped your family's path. These conversations are a valuable opportunity for children to learn about their roots, gain perspective on their identity, and understand the resilience and experiences of those who came before them.
Some guiding questions for your discussion could include:
· Where did our family come from originally?
· What kinds of journeys have family members taken—either physically or in life experience?
· What challenges did they face, and what kept them going?
· What traditions or values have been passed down through generations?
We encourage you to share photos, stories, or even objects that help illustrate your family's journey.
Pupils will be invited to reflect on these conversations through writing or creative expression in class.
If you'd like to create something at home, please bring these into school by Wednesday 21st May 2025
Take a look at the pictures to get ideas on how to present your project.
